Can routine task automations use external integrations?

Routine task automations are not limited to Filed’s internal tools. Integrations and plugins can be incorporated into task workflows to support actions in external systems.

For example, a workflow can be configured to upload a document to an external document management system (DMS) when that document is uploaded to Filed.
