Thomson Reuters Virtual Office Is No Longer Supported

Policy Update: In UltraTax, being on Thomson Reuters Virtual Office is no longer supported under the new fast data entry system. Filed will no longer perform the manual backup file workflow for returns on Virtual Office.

If a CPA firm would like to use Filed, they will need to have UltraTax hosted locally, on a server that they manage, or in a third-party hosting environment where the Filed Prowork Desktop app can be downloaded and run without issues.
